Jay's practice focuses on civil trial work in state and federal courts in matters of medical negligence and wrongful death arising from birth injury, surgery; oncological, cardiac and pharmaceutical product liability causes. Jay has presented to jury more than 70 cases, including felony prosecution, criminal defense, civil defense and civil plaintiff cases. He has been lead counsel on cases in more than 30 Ohio counties, appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Phil joined the Elk & Elk team in August 2007, after working for three northern Ohio law firms. He is a seasoned litigator practicing in all Ohio State and Federal Courts.

Craig represents people who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, motor vehicle crashes, and defective products. He was named a “Super Lawyer Rising Star” by Ohio Super Lawyer Magazine for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, and is a life member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky.
William P. Campbell joined Elk & Elk in Jan. 2010 as an addition to the firm’s high-quality representation in matters of personal injury, nursing home malpractice and medical malpractice.
Egan joined the law firm of Elk & Elk in December of 2008. Egan also several years of experience working at one of the finer insurance defense law firms in Ohio, from which he gained insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend the same type of claims that he now prosecutes. His practice focuses primarily upon personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from medical negligence, nursing home negligence, products liability and automobile and trucking negligence.

Michael joined Elk & Elk in 2006. He has been involved in plaintiff’s personal injury litigation for more than 11 years. His practice includes representing people who have been injured or killed as a result of motor vehicle crashes, animal attacks, dangerous workplaces, and hazardous conditions on others’ property.
Amy is an associate with the law firm of Elk & Elk, Co., Ltd. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and guardianships. As the head of the firm’s Probate Division, she is able to provide vast services to the firm’s clients by tending to all of their probate or estate needs in-house.
Mindy is a licensed attorney in the state of Ohio. She is also a Certified Public Accountant "inactive" (CPA). As a result of her expertise, Mindy is able to help personal injury victims and their families understand the financial issues involved in litigation.
Peter is the principal appellate attorney at Elk & Elk. His practice includes oversight of much of the motion practice at the firm. Peter came to Elk & Elk directly out of law school in 2002. He has appeared personally before all twelve of Ohio’s District Courts of Appeals, and three times in the Ohio Supreme Court. He has considerable experience litigating insurance coverage, liability, and immunity issues.
Kim joined Elk and Elk in October of 2009 to expand the firm’s expertise in handling employment-related matters. Her focus at Elk and Elk is Fair Labor Standards Act enforcement and other specialized employment matters.
Ryan M. Harrell joined Elk & Elk as an attorney in 2010. He works in the firm’s research and writing department, where he practices in the field of civil appeals, and is also heavily involved with the research and drafting of briefs and motions for cases throughout the firm.
Bob’s association with Elk and Elk began in 1992. Then, in 1999, Bob became one of the first attorneys in Ohio to be certified as a specialist in the field of workers' compensation. His certification required him to pass a written exam, demonstrate substantial involvement in workers' compensation, fulfill enhanced educational requirements and undergo a rigorous peer evaluation.
