Antonia “Toni” Mysyk joined Elk + Elk in 2025 as a personal injury attorney. She currently assists in drafting key medical malpractice and personal injury case briefs at both the trial and appellate levels, including dispositive motions in Ohio trial courts and appellate briefs before the Tenth and Eighth District Courts of Appeals.
Toni graduated summa cum laude from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2021, earning a bachelor’s degree in history, along with minors in legal studies and criminology. She then pursued her Juris Doctor degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2024, ranking at the top of her class.
During law school, she served as the Executive Online Editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review, worked as a legal writing teaching assistant, and competed on the CWRU Mock Trial Team. She gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for Judge J. Philip Calabrese at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and worked as a certified legal intern with the Lake County Public Defender’s Office.
Originally from Chardon, Ohio, Toni currently resides in Cleveland. She volunteers with a women’s shelter in Chardon and enjoys hiking, softball, pickleball, and most other outside activities, especially after an Ohio winter.
