Mindy Elk is a personal injury attorney focusing on automobile accidents, dog attacks and premises liability. She graduated from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1998 and worked at Ernst & Young as a senior tax consultant for several years before joining Elk & Elk in 2002. As a result of the experience she gained there, she is able to help her personal injury clients understand some of the financial and tax issues involved in litigation.
Mindy takes great pride in seeking fair compensation for her clients who have been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. She finds great satisfaction making a difference for people who are going through difficult times. Mindy develops strong client-lawyer relationships with each client to help build a level of familiarity and trust, which is why many of her former clients keep coming back and refer her to their family and friends.
In her spare time, Mindy enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with her two college-aged daughters.
