  • Call emergency contacts, such as 911, personal contacts and/or Elk & Elk’s Ohio personal injury attorneys.
  • E-mail a PDF version of your accident report and images to your insurance company and/or Elk & Elk.

Register/Load Data

  • First, fill out the registration screen. This information will be saved in the App.
  • Go to the “Vehicle Info” and add a vehicle, enter as much information as you can. It will help in the long run. You can also add more than one vehicle.
  • Also recommend setting up your “Emergency Contacts” and “Insurance” information under each vehicle.

Logging a New Accident and Sending Report

  • Click the “Log a New Accident” and fill out as many fields as you can.
  • If possible, take a couple of photos of the incident and attach them to the report.
  • Once complete, all data is saved and you can send a PDF report to whomever you like, i.e. your insurance agent.
  • To send the report click on the “Send Accident Report”, select the incident you wish to send and it will automatically create the PDF for you to preview, or you can click “Send PDF Report” and it will launch your email application.
  • NOTE: you can “CC” your report email directly to Elk & Elk, however you can turn this option off when sending the report.
