Contrary to popular belief, Dave and Art Elk are actually brothers! Born nearly ten years apart, these Serious Lawyers for Serious Injuries® have appeared together in hundreds of commercials over the years.

The Elk brothers grew up in northeastern Ohio. After attending law school in the Cleveland area and pursuing individual careers, the duo joined forces in the ’80s. Since then Elk & Elk has grown to encompass nearly 20 attorneys and a support staff of 80+.

Their ubiquitous commercials permeate throughout Ohio, across the entire media spectrum – from television and radio, to an extensive online presence.
