Elk + Elk Presents 2022 Columbus Blue Jackets Military Appreciation Night
Elk + Elk is excited to once again be the presenting sponsor and join the Columbus Blue Jackets in recognizing and saluting those who have and are currently serving the nation’s armed forces for the 2022 Military Appreciation Night.

Nationwide Arena
More than 1,000 active and retired military members will visit with their families and be honored for their service. There will be themed activities, fundraisers, and tributes towards recognizing military personnel throughout the night. The first 5,000 into the stadium will also be receiving a Blue Jackets camouflage-style hat from Elk + Elk.
USO Lounges Item Drive
From 5 pm – 7:30 pm, USO volunteers will collect individual care items outside the arena entrances. This drive assists in stocking the Ohio USO lounges as they offer respite to military personnel and families. Fans who donate to the USO item drive will receive discounted admission into the National Veterans Memorial and Museum and will be entered in a drawing to win one of the military appreciation night warmup jerseys.
Jersey Raffle and Auction
During the pregame for the night, Columbus Blue Jackets players will honor military personnel by wearing camouflage-style warmup jerseys. Autographed jerseys and sticks will be available in a raffle auction. Opening at 9 am on Monday, April 4, the opportunity to enter the raffle will conclude at the end of the 2nd intermission of the CBJ home game on April 13.
Other items will also be up for auction. Beginning on April 7 at 9 am, auction participants will have until the end of the 2nd intermission that night.
For both the auction and raffle, participants may text CBJAUCTION to 76278 or visit cbjauction.givesmart.com. Raffle tickets cost $10 and may also be purchased in the arena. Winners of all items will be contacted no later than Monday, April 18.
Military Personnel Ticket Offer
There will be an exclusive ticket offer to continue the recognition and salute towards active and retired military personnel. With the purchase of a ticket for friends or family, a free ticket will be included for a military member. They will receive an Elk + Elk and Columbus Blue Jackets dog tag and bottle opener and experience a postgame slapshot. Go to bluejackets.com/military to purchase tickets.
