Elk + Elk Partner Marilena DiSilvio to Present at AAEM25 Medico-Legal Simulation

On Tuesday, April 8, Elk + Elk partner Marilena DiSilvio will share her expertise in medical malpractice litigation during a medico-legal simulation at the American Academy of Emergency Medicine’s 31st Annual Scientific Assembly (AAEM25).
DiSilvio will be joined by Dr. Michael Smith in their presentation of “Watch a Doctor Get Sued: A Live Medico-Legal Simulation,” which is a live deposition experience designed to provide physicians with a realistic view of the legal process following a medical event.
AAEM25 will take place from April 6 to 10 in Miami, Florida, uniting emergency medicine professionals from across the country. The simulation session is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8, from 11:10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET.
