Elk + Elk Managing Partner Jay Kelley to Present at OAJ Winter Convention

Elk + Elk managing partner Jay M. Kelley will share his extensive experience at the upcoming Ohio Association for Justice 2021 Winter Convention in Cleveland.

OAJ’s Convention is Wednesday, November 3 through Friday, November 5 at Hilton: Cleveland Downtown. It will begin with an opening party on Wednesday and seminars Thursday and Friday. The two days of seminars are approved for 19.75 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours.

The seminars will cover workers’ compensation, professional conduct, medical malpractice, and other general topics. The convention is designed for law students, attorneys, paralegals, judges, and full-time law professors.

Kelley’s seminar will cover “Building Damages from Jury Selection Through Rebuttal” on Thursday from 10:15 to 11:00 a.m.
