Cleveland Browns and Elk + Elk Team Up for Elk + Elf

Elk and Elk Partnership with the Cleveland Browns, Elk and Elf

Since the 2024 Cleveland Browns season, Elk + Elk has partnered with the Cleveland Browns to launch Elk + Elf, an ongoing community initiative centered around giving back across Northeast Ohio.

At the heart of it all is Brownie the Elf, paired with Elk + Elk Managing Partner Jay Kelley. Together, they bring energy, visibility, and a personal connection to each stop in the community.

Each season, Elk + Elf makes multiple stops to support and celebrate the important work being done by organizations making a difference across Northeast Ohio.

What Elk + Elf Is All About

Elk + Elf is built around showing up in real ways for the communities we represent.

With Brownie the Elf and Jay Kelley leading the way, each visit is designed to be both impactful and memorable, combining meaningful support with moments people actually enjoy.

2025-26 Season

St. Francis School – 3/19

In partnership with Stay in the Game, Elk + Elf visited St. Francis School to celebrate Mrs. White, a third grade educator whose class achieved 81% satisfactory attendance, above the school average.

To recognize her dedication, we surprised her with classroom materials and a personalized Browns jersey as a thank you for showing up for her students every day.

Central Primary School – 4/3

In partnership with Stay in the Game, Elk + Elf and Brownie the Elf surprised Ms. Roberts, a social worker at Central Primary School who goes above and beyond for her students and their families. From organizing Friday Food Bags to connecting families with essential resources, she makes a meaningful impact every day.

To show our appreciation, we provided a new tablet, office chair, personalized Browns jersey, and self care items to support the work she does.
