Lucas County, June 2010: $130,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle accident who suffered a skull fracture in three places and a severe concussion.


Cuyahoga County, March, 2010: $150,000 to the victim of a city bus accident which left her with torn knee ligaments requiring surgery.


Richland County, June, 2010: $92,500 for a child attacked by a relative’s dog, leading to serious facial lacerations and puncture wounds.


Lucas County, May, 2010: $80,000 to the victim of a slip-and-fall in which she suffered a femur fractured in seven places and required the repair of a previous knee replacement.


Summit County, January, 2010: $100,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash which left her with two herniated discs.


Lucas County, January, 2010: $282,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash who suffered a broken foot requiring surgery; abrasions and chronic chest, neck and back pain.


Marion County, May, 2010: $101,436 to a young girl injured while sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle hit by another. She suffered several broken teeth and a lacerated lip.


Summit County, June, 2010: $152,000 to the victim (a juvenile) of a personal injury accident in which the chain on a swing at a city park broke while she was swinging, causing a concussion, neck and knee damage and chronic headaches.


Logan County, June, 2010: $100,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash in which she suffered injuries causing chronic pain in her head, neck, shoulders, back and hips.

Licking County, June, 2010: $100,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash in which the defendant went left-of-center. Our client suffered a crushed knee cap, broken ankle and six broken ribs.


Crawford County, June 2010: $290,000 to the victim of a bicycle-involved accident, in which he suffered a compound arm fracture, cut to the back of his head, multiple abrasions and contusions as well as a concussion.


Lake County, June, 2010: $385,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle accident in which he stepped out of his truck to retrieve an item that fell out of the bed and was struck by an oncoming vehicle. He suffered a concussion, head laceration, broken teeth, a fractured shoulder, fractured legs, fractured vertebra and lacerations to his arm and hand requiring approximately 200 stitches.


Allen County, June, 2010: $200,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash in which the defendant failed to yield on a left-hand turn. Our client suffered a lacerated spleen, severe cervical swelling and two fractured vertebrae.



Allen County, June, 2010: $100,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash who suffered a broken ankle and patella and a cervical sprain.



Howard County, Maryland, June, 2010: $125,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash which caused our client to suffer a fractured vertebra and contusions to a buttock, groin, hip and knee.


Dearborn County, Indiana, March, 2010: $235,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash in which the defendant made a u-turn into our client’s path. The client suffered a fractured ankle, pelvis, ribs and a gash to his tongue.



Marion County, February, 2010: $106,700 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash which caused her (a young girl) contusions to both knees and her left hand, as well as a broken finger.


Trumbull County, 2010: $100,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash in which she suffered a pelvis fracture din two places, four fractures to her right foot, a bruised chest and multiple contusions.


Scioto County, March, 2010: $100,000 to a man who suffered neck and back injuries, as well as a broken leg in a motor vehicle crash in which the defendant failed to yield at a stop sign.


M/C Prince George’s County, Maryland, February, 2010: $100,000 to the estate of a man killed when another motorist failed to yield the right-of-way to the victim, who was riding a motorcycle.


Cuyahoga County, 2010: $126,900 to a girl attacked by a dog. She suffered serious facial injuries requiring immediate plastic surgery in the emergency room of an area trauma center.


Miami County, 2010: $250,000 to the victim of a motor vehicle crash in which the defendant pulled out in front of our client. He suffered a broken hip, requiring surgery and a lengthy recuperation period.


Butler County, 2010: $100,000 to the estate of a man killed when the defendant ran a red light and crashed into the late victim’s vehicle.
