Elk & Elk had humble beginnings representing injury victims in rural America. Art & Dave Elk saw a need in rural areas for a practice with a focus on injury law so that rural America would be well represented against large insurance companies who would otherwise take advantage of them. Over the years, this practice expanded to now include urban areas, but our feet are still grounded in the grass root principles upon which our law firm was founded; helping the little guy, the people who need to be represented by a law firm with our resources and leveling the playing field so the average citizen can take on the big corporations and the big insurance companies.
