Mindy Elk-Fisher
Mindy graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1998 with a juris doctor degree, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. In addition to being a licensed attorney in Ohio, Mindy is also a Certified Public Accountant "inactive" (CPA) " and was formerly a senior tax consultant at Ernst & Young in Cleveland. At Ernst & Young, Mindy was involved in assisting large companies with tax and financial planning and has experience negotiating complex tax solutions with state and local governments.
In addition to her expertise in personal injury law, her prior experience helps personal injury victims and their families understand many of the financial issues involved in litigation. In addition, Mindy's extensive legal research experience enables her to stay up to date on the most current legal issues affecting personal injury victims.
Mindy's professional associations include the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Association of Attorney-CPA's ("inacitve").
