Tom R. Kelly
Tom Kelly is a seasoned Trial Attorney who has been litigating personal injury, professional malpractice and other cases for 16 years.
Prior to joining our team, Tom spent a large part of his career working on behalf of insurance companies and corporations, experience which has given Tom valuable insight into the tactics and methods used by insurers and corporations to evade responsibility for their negligent actions. That insight and experience has proven valuable in opposing such tactics and obtaining the best result for injury victims.
Tom graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1987 with a Juris Doctorate degree. Tom is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Tom is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, the Cleveland Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association.
