Fractured Pelvis and Ankles in Failure to Stop Case Settles for $100,000.00
Client, age 53, was at an intersection when another driver failure to stop at a red light, thereby casuing a collision in intersection and broadsiding the client. As a result of the accident, client suffered a broken pelvis, broken ankles, injured spleen, and respiratory distress.

$65,000.00  Settlement.
The client was stopped at a red light and was struck from behind and experienced neck and back soft tissue injuries.

 

$33,000.00  Settlement.
The client’s scalp was damaged after the negligence of a hair stylist. She incurred a little over $1000.00 in medical bills. Mr. Price was able to convince the insurance company to pay   over $30,000.00 in pain and suffering.
