Amy graduated from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2000 with a juris doctor degree, and received a bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from John Carroll University. In addition to being a licensed attorney in Ohio, Amy is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida.

Amy is an associate with Elk & Elk and heads the firm’s new Probate Division. Amy has vast experience with Probate Law and her knowledge in this area of law allows the firm to assist our clients by attending to their probate needs in house. Before joining Elk & Elk, Amy practiced at a law firm in Chagrin Falls focusing on Probate Administration and Estate Planning. She is very excited to be a part of the Elk & Elk team and she looks forward to focusing her practice on probate law.

Amy is an active board member of an international adoption agency, and she devotes much of her free time working to provide homes for underprivileged children. Amy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Amy is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cuyahoga County Bar Association.
