Dave Elk
Dave has represented thousands of medical malpractice and wrongful death victims throughout Ohio for over 44 years. He believes that quality legal representation allows all people to level the playing field against the big insurance companies. He has devoted his entire professional life of more than four decades helping injured people receive the compensation they deserve. David started out his professional career with one of the largest and most prestigious personal injury law firms in Ohio and spent his first seven years under the wing of Ohio's Best. After seven years, his entrepreneurial spirit got the better of him and he ventured into a practice on his own and, in partnership with his brother Art, has built geographically one of the largest injury practices in the state of Ohio.
Dave is committed to 100% client satisfaction and doing whatever it takes to put his clients on the road to both physical and financial recovery. Lecturing frequently at seminars for the Ohio Trial Lawyers Association on litigation and injury issues, Dave takes an active role in teaching other lawyers how to better represent their injury clients in today's ever changing legal system. His professional Associations include the Ohio, Cleveland, Summit, Lake and Cuyahoga County Trial Lawyers Assoc., as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
When Dave is not representing the rights of injury victims, he spends his time being an active husband, father and grandfather to his wife Marilyn, three children and granddaughters, Meredith, Madison and Celia.
