Arthur is the Managing Member of Elk & Elk Co., Ltd. in Cleveland, Ohio. He has represented medical malpractice and wrongful death victims for more than 37 years. Art, just two years out of law school, was elected Ashland Ohio's County Prosecuting Attorney for two successive four year terms. Art has found great satisfaction in providing injury victims with quality legal services in all major areas of injury law. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a bachelors degree in Management and Marketing and from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor Degree. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida.
Art has received many honors for his contributions to the legal profession including Ohio House of Representatives Resolution No. 850 honoring him as "one of Ohio's finest public servants" and Ohio State Senate's Resolution No. 335 which honored him as Ohio's Outstanding Prosecuting Attorney and stated "His laudable record stands as a hallmark for others to emulate." Art Elk is a member of several professional associations including the Ohio, Cleveland, and Summit County Trial Lawyers Assoc., as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).
While it may sound like law is Art's life, that is not necessarily always true. Art's first loves are his wife Jody and four children.

"I endorse this lawyer's work. He has established a state wide firm representing injured victims throughout the state of Ohio. His firm probably represents more injured victims in Ohio than any other lawfirm. He pioneered the use of a state wide media campaign directly to injured victims using the yellow pages and television everywhere in Ohio, it has allowed his firm to be known to every citizen in Ohio." - Scott Edward Stewart
