• Only two years out of law school, Arthur Elk was elected Ashland County, Ohio’s prosecuting attorney - the youngest prosecutor in Ohio. He served in that capacity for two four-year terms. Half-way through his first term, he was named Outstanding Prosecutor of the Year by the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys’ Association
• While serving as Ashland County prosecutor, Elk received the Ohio House of Representatives Resolution No. 850 honoring him as "one of Ohio's finest public servants."
• Dave Elk, senior partner, has been practicing law for more than four decades and takes an active role in teaching other lawyers how to better represent their injury clients in today's ever-changing legal system through frequent lectures on litigation and injury issues at seminars for the Ohio Trial Lawyers Association.
