William P. Campbell

Attorney

Bill joined Elk & Elk in January 2010 as an addition to the firm’s high-quality representation in matters of personal injury, nursing home malpractice and medical malpractice. He spent the bulk of his 17-year-career between two smaller Northeast Ohio law firms refining his skills as plaintiffs’ counsel. Bill has lectured at Cleveland seminars on various legal matters.

He explains that having access to all the resources available to him at Elk & Elk will allow him to help even more injured Ohioans.

“It allows me to do what I enjoy doing with the assistance of probably the largest and the best-equipped personal injury firm there is in the state of Ohio.”

At the end of the day, he said, it’s the personal attention he’s able to provide his clients that makes him happiest.

“The way I see my role is that I’m not only here to level the playing field that is so slanted toward the insurance companies in terms of obtaining compensation for injuries,” he says. “I also try to educate the people for whom I work on the process they’re going through and give them some counseling; some comfort."

“I want all my clients to know that someone will guide them through the process. That, they can rely on good or bad, and I want them to know they’re going to be dealt with as though they’re members of my own family.”

In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
