The Employment Law Attorneys At Elk & Elk Know Job Loss Is No Easy Pill To Swallow

Fortunately, there are state and federal laws in place to help hard-working people who believe they have been victims of unfair labor practices like wrongful termination, wage violations and age, racial and sexual discrimination.

At Elk & Elk, our well-trained employment litigation team has the experience, the resources and the determination to take on employers who feel they are above the law. Our employment lawyers, paralegals, investigators, accountants and experts are constantly studying the ever-changing landscape of workplace law and will spare no expense to help honest, hard-working people protect their rights and claim the compensation to which they’re entitled in the event of an unjust job loss.

Losing your job is disheartening enough and it’s one thing if it results from your own mistake. But when you’ve been unjustly terminated because of your age, disability, the color of your skin, gender, religious or sexual orientation, it’s an extreme indignity. At Elk & Elk, we understand the sensitive nature of wrongful termination claims. That’s why we’re here 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year to help you understand your rights and get you the compensation you deserve when you’ve lost your job to an unfair labor practice.

Estimates place the number of Americans who lose their jobs without just cause around 250,000 per year. Many of these potential claims go unchecked for a variety of reasons: Confusion, fear of retaliation, and doubt, just to name a few. But with patient, understanding and knowledgeable legal representation, you can restore your dignity, preserve your rights, claim the damages to which you are entitled and play a role in helping to right one of the most egregious wrongs our society faces today.

At Elk & Elk, we have more than 40 years experience representing the interests of honest, hard-working Americans who just want the chance to provide for their families and contribute to a productive workplace. We have the resources and the determination to help you collect what you deserve and assist you with getting your life back on track after losing your job as a result of discrimination. If you feel as though you’ve been wronged by an employer’s unjust actions, you need to contact our employment litigation team at 1-800-ELK-OHIO or fill out our free, no-obligation case evaluation form by clicking here.
