Rash of healthy tree deaths lead many to seek a DuPont Imprelis lawyer. Trust Elk & Elk to handle your Imprelis tree death claim.

Golf Course

Elk and Elk is investigating claims by professional greens keepers, landscape maintenance professionals, growers and anyone who has had trees die shortly after applying DuPont’s new herbicide Imprelis. A growing trend among professional greens keepers and other commercial horticulturalists as of late, Imprelis tree death is also being studied by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) following recent reports of mass amounts of trees – particularly mature coniferous landscape trees like white pines, Norway Spruce, Colorado Spruce and others – dying throughout the country.

If you have used Imprelis on your property, or know someone who has, and have experienced the deaths of mature pine trees nearby, Elk & Elk’s attorneys for Imprelis lawsuit in Ohio would like to hear from you. We have a full team of lawyers, legal assistants, landscape consultants, horticultural experts, accountants and analysts dedicated and ready to assist you in recovering whatever damages the law allows. Just call 1-800-ELK-OHIO to speak to a DuPont Imprelis lawyer at Elk & Elk. Or just fill out our free, no-obligation online case evaluation form. It only takes a few minutes and it goes a long way toward helping a DuPont Imprelis lawyer here at Elk & Elk determine whether you are owed compensation for your loss.

In a lawsuit filed July 15, 2011 in the Wilmington, Del. U.S. District Court on behalf of the Polo Fields & Country Club in Southfield, Mich., the plaintiff asserts Imprelis prompted "the loss of thousands, if not tens of thousands, of mature pine and spruce trees" and that similar damage throughout the country is "mounting with no end in sight," according to a Reuters article published the same day.

If you suspect your property has been damaged by Imprelis, which received conditional EPA approval in October 2010, you need to get in touch with Elk & Elk’s attorneys for Imprelis lawsuit in Ohio to ensure your rights are protected, that the facts of your case are thoroughly investigated and that, if a settlement cannot be reached outside the courtroom, you have a trial-ready DuPont Imprelis lawyer in your corner ready to fight for the justice you deserve. Call us today, it doesn’t cost a thing.
